Arcade Beauty Carestia bets on offset printing

French supplier Arcade Beauty Carestia purchased a large-format offset printing machine for its Mouans-Sartoux site in southeastern France. The new machine is set to start production in Q4 2022.

Arcade Beauty Carestia is pursuing what it call its “intelligent automation strategy” with its latest investment – a Heidelberg Speedmaster CX 104 offset printer. The new machine allows the supplier to add large-format UV and conventional offset printing to its existing portfolio, expanding the printing potential on products including folding boxes, cardboard boxes, press inserts and sample cards.

The Speedmaster CX 104 can process a wide range of mediums - from extra thin stock to rigid cardboard. Characterized by a fast proofing process, automated printing and stable inking, the machine increases production capacity and helps reduce paperboard waste and power consumption.
