Polish super premium vodka brand Belvedere (LVMH) has launched Organic Infusions, a range of “organic flavored vodkas”. The new packaging marks the first time the brand has opted for labels rather than screenprinted decoration for its bottles.
For its Organic Infusions range, the brand’s first certified organic spirits, Belvedere created three flavor combinations not typically found in vodka: Lemon Basil with a Touch of Elderflower, Blackberry and Lemongrass with a Hint of Sage, and Pear and Ginger with a Drop of Linden Honey.
The clear glass bottles feature an inkjet printed (Dekorglass) illustration of a tree that gives an embossed effect. Rather than screenprinting, Belvedere opted for front and back labels (CCL Industries), marking the first time the brand has used labels. The screenprinted and embossed labels on each bottle sport a distinct color palette inspired by the natural colors of the vodka’s key ingredients. Elegant illustrations of these same ingredients form the three distinct patterns, which come with two background variations. The facing label is Cotton White, made from 100% responsibly sourced cotton.
The launch of Organic Infusions marks the brand’s entry into the organic spirits segment. “Organic products, while not new, are still quite uncommon in the spirits industry despite there being fast-growing consumer interest,” Rodney Williams, President and CEO of Belvedere, said in a statement. “Adding organic vodkas to our portfolio affirms Belvedere’s commitment to category innovation and consumers’ heightened interest in refined product flavor profiles in vodka.”
