Carven rolls out C’est Paris! his & hers fragrance duo

Carven (Groupe Jacques Bogart) is launching a new fragrance duo this fall. Inspired by the city of light, the flacons for Carven C’est Paris! were designed by Thierry de Baschmakoff.

For Carven C’est Paris!, a new scent tandem from fashion house Carven, French designer Thierry de Baschmakoff dreamed up patterned glass bottles. Square and black for the men’s EdT and cylindrical and pink for the women’s eau de parfum, their textile-like pattern is engraved in the mold. The women’s flacon has a facing label (Stratus), while the men’s bottle features the fragrance name screenprinted in white. A black cap (TNT Global Manufacturing) adorns the men’s flacon, while the women’s is colored gold.

The boxes (Doro) are decorated using a combination of offset printing, embossing and hot-stamping—in silver for men and gold for women.

The men’s eau de toilette is the work of Aurélien Guichard (Takasago) and contains notes of rosemary, violet leaf, hazelnut, and sandalwood. Composed by Juliette Karagueuzoglou and Caroline Dumur (IFF), Carven C’est Paris women’s scent blends rhubarb, gardenia, and cashmeran.

Launching in September, the men’s EdT is priced at €45 for 30ml, €69 for 50ml and €89 for 100ml. The women’s EdP retails at €55 for 30ml, €79 for 50ml and €101 for 100ml.
