Our first news of the year is an opportunity to wish our readers a happy, fruitful and productive 2020. The moment has also come to announce what qualifies as big news here at Formes de Luxe. For several months now, our teams have been diligently working behind the scenes on the creation of a brand new editorial platform. The fruit of our efforts, Luxe Packaging Insight (luxepackaginginsight.com) will be, like our current site, a specialized media for luxury packaging professionals and will remain the digital counterpart of Formes de Luxe’s print magazine. Luxe Packaging Insight, which will replace formesdeluxe.com, will be more ambitious when it comes to covering international markets (the content will also be English-only) and will address more product sectors: fragrance & cosmetics, wine & spirits, but also fine foods, watches, jewelry and even lifestyle products. Our goal? To inform and inspire: luxury product launches, packaging component innovations, strategy news from brands and manufacturers, consumer trends, creation and design... as well as tracking the industry’s progress in the areas of eco-design and sustainable development. Our print magazine, Formes de Luxe, will remain bilingual (French/English), and will also see some newness in 2020 with the addition of new sections addressing the issues facing today’s luxury packaging industry.
