Unveiling its newly opened shop-in-shop at Galeries Lafayette on Paris’ Boulevard Haussmann last month, Maison Crivelli presented the latest addition to its fragrance portfolio. The extrait de parfum comes in a cylindrical bottle featuring a red translucent lacquer and topped with a zamak cap.

French niche fragrance brand Maison Crivelli has launched a new fragrance, Ambre Chromatique. The brand’s third extrait de parfum, it comes in a 50ml flacon (Heinz Glas) decorated with a red, translucent lacquer and adorned with a paper label. (For its eaux de parfum, Maison Crivelli chose glassmaker Stoelzle Masnières Parfumerie for its 100ml flacons and Verescence for the 30ml.) Ambre Chromatique’s zamak cap (Quadpack) has a PP insert and features the brand monogram done in-mold.

 

For the secondary packaging, the handmade coffrets use Fedrigoni’s Old Mill Bianco paper, and are embellished with offset printing and embossing.

Ambre Chromatique was created by Givaudan perfumer Quentin Bisch. It blends notes of incense, pink peppercorn, osmanthus and benzoin. “The idea is to offer high impact haute parfumerie with fragrances that are long-lasting with a lot of sillage,” Maison Crivelli founder Thibaud Crivelli tells Luxe Packaging Insight.

Launched in September, the 50ml Ambre Chromatique retails at €195.

 

Maison Crivelli’s shop-in-shop at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann is the brand’s 19th point of sale in France. Founded in late 2018, the brand has 295 points of sale in 40 countries. Its star fragrance, Hibiscus Mahajád, accounts for 50% of the brand’s sales.
