Citing the current crisis and a “complex and uncertain” climate, Pochet Group has announced the cessation of its exclusive negotiations to sell Qualipac, its plastics and metals business, to Texen owner PSB Industries. The French glassmaker had announced early February of this year that it was in talks to sell Qualipac and its trading division Priminter to PSB Industries.
In a statement today, Pochet Group reaffirmed that it continues to seek “opportunities” for Qualipac, which reported turnover of €239m in 2019.
