Verpack acquires PLV 37

French luxury packaging specialist Verpack has acquired PLV 37 (Posson) as it looks to offer its customers greater flexibility and proximity.

PLV is specialized in finishing operations for printed materials - lamination, screenprinting, gilding, folding and gluing – in sectors including luxury. Located in Indre-et-Loire, France, it has around 20 staff.

"We aim to secure the historical activity of PLV 37 and to extend our service offer across the entire graphic chain to provide more flexibility and proximity to our customers. We plan to offer new services that will reinforce our offer and attractiveness very soon," Verpack president Stéphane Viers said in a statement.

The integration will be led by Jonathan Allain, who recently sold his companty TPG Packaging, specialized in luxury and spirits.
